One common request I get from homeowners in Loughborough is how to make better use of a tired, underwhelming lawn. In addition to the hard surfaces, some turfing was reintroduced in the remaining lawn area on well-prepared ground, at roughly GBP 18 to GBP 35 per square metre. This gave a soft contrast to the stone and timber and allowed for flexible use as a play or relaxation zone.
Throughout the work, careful consideration was given to drainage, access, and existing garden features. Final costs varied based on site specifics like clearance requirements, existing levels, and chosen materials.
